Why haven't I received my publication(s)?
Once placed, you should receive your order within 10 – 14 days (large orders may require a bit more time). If you haven’t received an order within three weeks of placement and would like to check its status, email publications@lbbc.org and be sure to include your name and order number.
Why can’t I find the guide I want to order?
LBBC strives to ensure that our guides provide you the most current information available. Before we reprint a guide, it goes through a full review and if necessary, is updated. On the rare occasion we run out of the guide during this process, we remove it from the online order form until it’s ready to print. Another reason might be that the title you’re looking for is one of several in our library only available online for viewing or download. These titles will not feature an “Order Copies” option at LBBC.ORG. You can view all titles on a PC, tablet or smartphone.
How do I find and order titles that apply to a specific situation, like metastatic breast cancer?
Sampler Packs are pre-set collections of guides that address specific stages, subtypes or needs. There are several that are currently available:
